For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

To register and use ape777, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. ape777 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Indonesian regulations. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3. You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of ape777, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be listed on any government-issued gambling exclusion register or self-exclusion list that applies to you.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. ape777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to secure your credentials.

ape777 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any time. This includes but is not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or Passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds declaration for high-volume accounts

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days will result in account restriction until compliance is achieved. ape777 reserves the right to close any account and return the verified net balance to the registered payment method if KYC cannot be completed within 60 days of the initial request.

All financial transactions on ape777 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ape777 does not support foreign currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions at this time.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ape777, although individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer caps. Supported deposit channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ape777 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri: Under 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB; Saturday, 08:00–12:00 WIB). Off-hours withdrawals are queued and processed automatically when banking systems reopen.
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: Typically under 10 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• VIP Gold-tier Members: Priority processing target of under 3 minutes for all channels.

ape777 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ape777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) your account is under investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would cause the account balance to fall below any applicable minimum balance threshold. In such cases, ape777 will notify you via your registered email address within 2 business days.

ape777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New Members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to a maximum of Rp 2.000.000. The welcome bonus carries the following wagering requirements:

• Sports betting (including mix parlay and Asian Handicap markets): 5× turnover on the total bonus amount.
• Casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 8× turnover on the total bonus amount.
• Slot games and togel (lottery products): 10× turnover on the total bonus amount.

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any unconverted bonus funds remaining after this period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on ape777:

1. Bonuses are available to one Member per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or other circumvention methods will be treated as bonus abuse.
2. Bets placed with a stake below Rp 1.000 or at odds shorter than 1.50 (for sports bets) do not count toward wagering requirements.
3. ape777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any ti me with reasonable notice. If a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus funds will be removed but any real-money winnings generated from those bonus funds prior to cancellation will be retained by the Member.
4. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in conjunction with other bonus offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
5. ape777's decision on all bonus-related disputes is final and binding.

All bets placed on ape777 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable sport, game, or lottery product. These rules are published on the relevant game or market page within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

1. Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a unique Bet ID has been issued by the Platform. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a system outage are void and the stake is returned in full.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum stake per bet is Rp 10.000. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. ape777 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member's account without prior notice if irregular betting patterns are detected.
3. Sports Betting: All football odds (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers) are expressed in decimal format by default. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of 3 selections and a maximum of 12 selections per slip. Voor bola (Asian Handicap) markets follow standard Asian Handicap rules.
4. Togel: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws follow the official draw schedule published on the Platform. Results are final once published. No bets are accepted after the draw close time displayed on the bet slip.
5. Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Once a round has commenced and the dealer has announced "no more bets", no further wagers will be accepted for that round. Technical disconnections that occur after a round has commenced do not entitle the Member to a refund of their stake.
6. Sabung Ayam: Sabung ayam (cockfighting) live stream betting follows Meron / Wala market rules. In the event a match is declared void by the event organizer before a result is determined, all stakes are returned. ape777 does not control or organize the underlying events and accepts no liability for event cancellations.
7. Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to your wager, regardless of subsequent market movements.
8. Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, or payout calculation, ape777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. "Manifest error" means an obvious and unintended mistake that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ape777 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies to generate guaranteed profit ("arbitrage abuse" or "bug exploitation").
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or bet results.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity during KYC.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward ape777 staff or other Members.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, source code, or security systems.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ape777 holds its international gaming license.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents ape777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
